reevaluate their current exercise routine, in addition to those
customers who would like their sessions to extend into a longer
duration of time, for more accountability and discipline to their
health and fitness regime. It all depends on your specific fitness
goals. We are dedicated to provide the best "individually-oriented
fitness training" to help you with your fitness goals while
accommodating to your schedule.
Personal Training Packages:
- Introductory Package:
This is a three-hour, "intro into fitness" package that is
perfect for those individuals that are just getting started with
improving their fitness level. Designed to educate the client of the
"Five Components of Fitness" and the benefits of weight
resistance, cardiovascular and flexibility conditioning. After an
initial fitness assessment, which evaluates strength, flexibility,
endurance, and body composition, the client receives a customized
exercise routine to take with them.
- Personal Training Packages:
The most popular of our Training Packages and perfect for those clients that
want accountability, discipline, structure, and professional help to accomplish
their long-term fitness goals. Depending on the specific goals of the customer,
a client can then choose a "commitment duration" of 3 months, 6 months, or
longer to achieve their goals. Details of this program are available during our
